Summer’s not over yet!

Summer is not over yet!

As you know, We’ve had a very busy summer so far. We’ve had some sort of social gathering almost every weekend this summer.  But, we’re not ready to stop yet!  We still have several events planned in the upcoming weeks.  Our last big dinner event for the year will be ourClam Bake, and this year we’ve decided to try something different by offering an optional expanded menu.  If you pre-register before September 2nd, not only will you receive a discounted price, you will also have the ability to add snow crab legs to your dinner. Check out the flyer on the website, or our facebook page for details.

Did you know?

With so many events going on, it’s been tricky to keep track of reservations and advance reservation discounts that are available for certain events.  We know it is not always possible to contact the office during regular business hours to place a reservation for a dinner or an event, so we’ve added another option to our events pages – the ability to RSVP to an event and reserve a discounted price.  Here’s how you do it:
  1. Visit the events page and find the event you’d like to attend
  2. Click on the title of that event for more details concerning the function.
  3. Below the event details is a section called “Bookings”  This is where you can RSVP for the event.  There may be a single reservation option, or there may be several choices, depending on the event.
  4. Make your selection to reserve a number of seats.
  5. Fill out the form with your name, phone, and email address.
  6. Notice, for security,  there is no place to enter any type of payment information – you will pay at the office as usual.
  7. You will receive an email with a username and password, as well as a confirmation email.  You can log in with your username and password on the “My Bookings” page if you need to modify or cancel your reservation.
  8. You will receive one more email just to confirm that we have acknowledged your reservation.
  9. You may continue to place reservations via phone, or in person in the office if you prefer.

Spring Events at Beechwood

We’ve been busy here at Beechwood preparing for a busy and exciting season! The pool is open and water volleyball season has begun. Remember, anyone can join in the fun, or start your own game. We play during even hours, typically on weekend days.
New Venue: The Brookside Patio is almost complete. This covered area is a large screened porch attached to the main office building. It is a quiet place to relax and listen to the sounds of the water flowing in the adjacent brook, or to gather when the weather may not be cooperating with outdoor activities. It is accessible 24 hours a day from the main sidewalk, the front lawn at the flagpole, and from the cool TV room next to the game room.

Upcoming Events:
